• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the supplier/manufacturer of the products.
• “You”, “Customer” refers to the purchaser of the products or services.
• “Bespoke Order” refers to any product manufactured or customised to the customer’s chosen specifications, including size, colour, layout, fittings, and additional options.
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bespoke orders. No manufacturing or scheduling will begin until the deposit has been received.
2.3 The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery/installation.
2.4 Prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.
3.1 For bespoke orders, the customer is fully responsible for all chosen specifications, including (but not limited to) dimensions, colours, layouts, finishes, fittings, furniture and electrical requirements.
3.2 By confirming a bespoke order, the customer acknowledges that the product is manufactured specifically for them and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has commenced.
3.3 We accept no liability for incorrect measurements or information supplied by the customer.
4.1 Bespoke/customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4.2 Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
a) unopened,
b) in original packaging, and
c) unused and undamaged.
4.3 Return postage/shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
4.4 Refunds for eligible returns will be issued once the goods have been inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
4.5 We reserve the right to deduct reasonable charges for any damage or reduced value.
5.1 Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.
5.2 The customer must ensure adequate access to the installation site, unless crane lifting or specialist delivery has been agreed in writing.
5.3 Once delivered or installed, risk and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
6.1 All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty as stated in the product documentation.
6.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorised alterations or external factors such as weather-related damage unless specified.
7.1 We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, profits or business interruption.
7.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be legally excluded under UK consumer law.
These terms apply to both online and physical sales unless otherwise stated.
Where UK consumer law grants additional rights for online sales (distance selling), these rights will apply to standard stock items only, and not to bespoke or customised goods.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
